Prototype first. Test it in practice. Then rebuild it right.

I speak the language of developers, operations and stakeholders alike, which lets me structure complex requirements clearly and make the connections that matter. From DevOps infrastructure to agile project lead, I take whichever part of delivery is missing.

Rather than weeks of theoretical planning, I build a first prototype quickly and test my assumptions in practice. I would rather throw a draft away and rebuild it on real findings than rely on untested assumptions. In start-ups and public-sector projects alike, that is how isolated ideas grow into one working whole.
